By Victor Bieni ASABA- The Delta State Chairman and Governorship Candidate of African Democratic Party (ADC), Prince Joe Chukwu has said that the Party will today kick-start, flag- off Campaign in the state, that his candidates are committed to a peaceful, violence-free polls come 2019 general elections in the state. Speaking to Newsmen in his state secretariat today in Asaba,   Prince Joe Chukwu noted that the state has flag-off since 15 th to end it on the official launching date of 23 rd December, 2018 before the party’s general meeting to be held on 24 th December, 2018 this year.
