CRIME PREVENTION: ELUMELU COMMENDS ASABA COMMUNITY VIGILANTE, NPF, OTHER SECURITY AGENCIES IN DELTA STATE

ASABA- Three-time Legislator in the Federal House of Representatives, Aniocha/Oshimili Federal Constituency, Rt. Hon. Godwin Ndudi Elumelu has Commended the efforts of the Members,  Leadership of "Asaba Community Vigilante", Led by it's Chairman, Comrade Nnamdi Chukwuedo and  other Principal Officers, Other Vigilance groups in the area, The Leadership of Nigerian Police Force, Delta State Command, DSS, NSCDC, Nigerian Army and other critical Stakeholders in the Security Sector in Delta State towards  their support to the citizens on Crime Prevention with indept application of proactive measures and pragmatic approaches for peace and Security in the State.
Elumelu made this known to some group of Journalist today being on Sunday, 24th March, 2019 in Asaba, Delta State Capital while Commending the Support of Community Leaders and in the Federal Constituency For their Immense Support to the possibility of his coming back to represent his people for the third time in the National Assembly.

"No doubt, to the Leadership of  Asaba Community Vigilante I assure you of my  encouragement like I promised you people that mobility will never be a problem to you.  My return has assured you of my Support. The solution is that I will provide  you the Vehicle you requested for effective and efficient crime prevention, and Community Policing in our Localities", Elumelu reaffirmed Commitment.

Speaking further, he added: " Peace and Security is very Paramount in our various Communities if we must make reasonable progress  in Aniocha/Oshimili Federal Constituency. I must Commend the efforts everyone is making to ensure that their is Sustainable development in our area, especially in the area of ensuring the protection of lives and property.  I must Commend the Contributions of our Community Leaders , Vigilance groups in our various Communities, Asaba Community Vigilante, the Nigerian Police Force, Delta State Command, NSCDC, DSS, the Military and other Critical Stakeholders in the Security Sector".

"I admonish your outfit to continue, keep up with the tempo of augmenting, Supporting other Security Agencies in Crime Prevention. I also uses this medium to Commend their proactive measures,  and effiency in combatting crime in our Localities and the entire Delta State in general. He advised the youths of the area to Support them in fishing out criminals as security is everyone's business", Elumelu Stated.
